So this is not a reseller or a grey-market importer — it is the manufacturer selling its own products, which resolves the authenticity question that hangs over a lot of K-beauty bought online.
But there is something happening right now that matters more than any of that, and they are telling you about it on every page.

The Notice on Every Page
At the top of the site, above everything else: “We’re improving fulfillment. Learn more →”
Follow it and you get a set of plainly written answers. These are their words, not ours:
“During this transition, some orders may take a little longer than usual to process and ship.”
“Inventory availability can change between the time you place your order and when your order is fulfilled. While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, we cannot guarantee that every item will remain available.”
We want to give proper credit here, because this is genuinely unusual. A retailer mid-transition has every commercial incentive to say nothing and hope customers do not notice. LG Beauty has put a notice on every page and written a short FAQ explaining exactly what might go wrong.
That is the behaviour we spend most of these reviews wishing for. It is also, unavoidably, a warning — and the right response to a warning is to believe it.

Only charging for what actually ships is the correct handling, and it removes the worst version of this problem — paying for something that never comes and then having to chase a refund.

The Question the Notice Does Not Answer
Here is the gap we noticed, and it is worth asking about before you order.
The site offers free shipping on orders over $50, a free gift with $20+ of Physiogel, and Bundle & Save deals. All of those depend on your order reaching a threshold.
So what happens if you order $55 to qualify for free shipping, and one item becomes unavailable, dropping the shipped total to $42? Do you still get free shipping? Does the free gift still come? Does a bundle discount survive?
The fulfilment FAQ does not address it, and we could not find an answer elsewhere.
This is not an accusation — the sensible and likely answer is that they honour what you ordered under. But it is exactly the sort of edge case a transition creates, and it is worth a quick email if your order is sitting just above a threshold.
The simple defence is to order comfortably above the line rather than exactly on it.

Note the belif True Cream Aqua Bomb at $38 is listed at “25ml / 50ml / 100ml” — so check which size that price attaches to before assuming. Per-millilitre is the comparison that matters in skincare, and a 25ml jar at $38 is a very different proposition from a 100ml one.
How Dr. Groot Words Its Claims
We went looking for a problem here and did not find one, which is worth reporting as carefully as the reverse.
Hair products are a category where marketing regularly crosses a line. In the US, claiming to treat hair loss makes a product a drug, and only certain approved actives may make that claim. Cosmetics must stay with appearance.
The Dr. Groot products are named “Scalp Revitalizing Solution Hair Thickening Roll On Serum” and “Scalp Revitalizing Solution Scalp Barrier Boost Oil in Serum.”
“Thickening,” “revitalizing” and “barrier boost” are appearance and scalp-condition language — not regrowth claims. That is the correct lane for a cosmetic, and plenty of brands do not stay in it.
Which also tells you what to expect. A thickening serum is designed to make existing hair look and feel fuller — it is not a treatment for hair loss, and buying it as one will disappoint you.
If you are actually losing hair, that is a conversation for a doctor or dermatologist, where there are treatments with real evidence behind them. A $26 serum is a cosmetic, and the naming is honest about that.
It Is Broader Than K-Beauty
The affiliate description sells this as a K-beauty destination, and the catalogue is wider than that. Alongside belif, The Face Shop, CNP Laboratory and OHUI, the brand list includes:
- REACH® — the long-established American oral care brand, floss and toothbrushes
- Euthymol — a British toothpaste
- Physiogel — dermatological skincare
- The Crème Shop — a US-founded beauty brand
- Plus b.clinicx, Gangnam Glow, POP and TG Dominas
Categories run to Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Oral Care and Makeup. So this is really LG H&H’s whole personal-care portfolio, of which the Korean beauty brands are the headline rather than the whole.
That is useful to know for a practical reason: it makes hitting the $50 free shipping threshold much easier, because you can add floss and toothpaste to a skincare order.
What We Could Not Read
The return policy, which on a cosmetics retailer is the thing we most wanted.
The site is built so that its FAQ tabs load by JavaScript. The fulfilment content happened to be in the initial page; the returns content was not, and the dedicated portal at returns.lgbeauty.com returned only a shell.
So we do not know the window, whether opened cosmetics can be returned, who pays return shipping, or whether there is a restocking fee. A Return Policy link and a “Start a Return” portal both exist, so there is a process — we simply could not verify its terms, and we are not going to guess at them.
The general rule for cosmetics applies until you learn otherwise: assume opened product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and check the specific terms before a large order. Their phone line exists precisely for questions like this.
