• Giveaway entries: your email address, optional first name, your agreement to the Official Rules, whether you separately consented to promotional email, the form you entered from, and the date and time of entry.
• Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
• Automatically collected: standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our giveaway is open only to entrants aged 18 or older.

How We Use It

• To administer the $750 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway, including verifying eligibility and notifying the winner.
• To send promotional email only if you separately opted in. Promotional consent is optional, is never required to enter the giveaway, and is never required to make a purchase.
• To respond to messages you send through the contact form.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, including our email service provider (EmailBump), our hosting and analytics providers, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Amazon is not a sponsor of or affiliated with our giveaway, and we do not share entrant information with Amazon for the purpose of administering it.

Your Choices

• Unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link in any message. Unsubscribing does not cancel an otherwise valid giveaway entry.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email us and we will respond as required by applicable law. Note that deleting your entry data before the drawing will remove you from the giveaway.
• Cookies and local storage: we store a small flag in your browser to remember that you dismissed or completed the giveaway popup so it does not keep reappearing. You can clear this through your browser settings.

Retention and Security

We keep giveaway entry data for as long as needed to administer the giveaway and to meet record-keeping obligations, and subscription data until you unsubscribe. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
