Free shipping applies over $75, so a $150 device ships free. What the warranty excludes is standard but worth knowing: moisture damage, use with concentrates or waxes where not supported, unauthorised modifications or accessories, cosmetic wear, and normal battery degradation. Warranties are non-transferable, so a second-hand PAX has no cover.

The THC Gummies: 18 States, and a November Deadline

PAX also sells a hemp-derived delta-9 THC gummy: 10mg per gummy, 10 per bag for 100mg total, at $20 one-time or $12 on a subscription first order at 40% off. Certificates of analysis are available for all five flavours, and the product carries an explicit warning that it contains an intoxicating substance and not to drive or operate machinery.

If that list looks strange — no California, no Colorado — the logic is worth understanding. States with established legal recreational cannabis markets typically restrict hemp-derived THC edibles precisely to stop them competing with the licensed, taxed dispensary system. So the states you can get these shipped to are largely the ones without such a market. The corollary matters: if you live somewhere cannabis is legal, the dispensary is your route, not the mail.

On dosing, one practical note: 10mg is a full recreational dose, not a starter dose. Common guidance for edibles is to begin at 2.5mg to 5mg — half a gummy or less — and edibles are notorious for delayed onset, which leads people to take more before the first has taken effect. Safety: What EVALI Actually Taught Us
